The owners have opened up three of the original inglenook fireplaces and a complete working well over 30 feet deep which was uncovered in the kitchen,please note the rest.is used Monday-Thursday by business people,who prefer to eat in, and we have found that,our weekend guests tend to go into Taunton rather than eat at the hotel, therefore, please check with the hotel if the rest. is open,as we may have other fuctions booked in advance at weekends.We can advise on where to eat if dinning room booked.
